Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track the progress of your package in real time.

Shipping
To return your product, you must mail it to the following address: 60 Rue Violet, Paris, 75015, France.
Shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
You have 14 days to return any item that isn't right for you. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for a reason not due to our error.
* Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at support@charmee.com and send your item to: 60 Rue Violet, Paris, 75015, France.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we'll send the refund to them, so they'll find out about your return.
